If you know what you love or what brings you pleasure, explore it to add laughter, fun, and joy to your day. Playing and being present with your kids will usually do the trick!

When you’re feeling down, incapable, or run-ragged, reach out to your spouse, friends, and family for help. We weren’t meant to raise children all on our own, although modern-day society would have us believe that. Join forums on social media and parenting groups to help get support.
